Are you struggling with stress in your life that is affecting your relationships, health, and daily life? Are you stuck with no idea of how to move forward? Is your child struggling and you are desperate to help them? Are there issues in your family that are causing blocks in communication? I have certainly experienced many of these problems and know how daunting it can be to seek help. If this is your situation, know that you have found someone who is willing to listen, care, and help you work through what has been weighing you down.

As a counseling intern, it would be my privilege to walk with you through whatever challenges you are facing. I am currently a student at Denver Seminary which has provided me with excellent training and experiences in the counseling field. I have worked with families and individuals at many different stages of life to work through difficult transitions, process grief, and communicate more effectively. I am passionate about helping people meet their needs in a holistic way so that they achieve their goals, live a healthier lifestyle, and have more meaningful relationships with family and friends.

In our work together I will help you to reclaim your life story and move it in the direction that you would like it to go. We will work collaboratively so that you can heal from wounds of the past, explore and address your thoughts and emotions in the present, and move forward to a hopeful and fulfilled future.

I offer reduced cost counseling to individuals, children, and families. If you or your family need help in these areas, please contact me to set up an appointment.
