Are you battling with stress or brokenness that is affecting your relationships, health, and daily life? Are there issues in your family that are causing blocks in communication? Is your child struggling and you are desperate to help them? Depression, anxiety, grief/loss, or questions about identity, faith, or purpose can leave us feeling paralyzed and without hope. I have experienced many of these problems in my own life and know how daunting it can be to seek help. If this is your situation, know that you have found someone who is willing to listen, care, and help you work through what has been weighing you down.
It would be my privilege to walk with you through the challenges you are facing. I am currently a student at Denver Seminary which has provided me with excellent training and experiences in the counseling field at Shepherd’s Gate Counseling Center. I have worked with families, adults, and children at many different stages of life to work through difficult transitions, process grief, and communicate more effectively. I also have prior experience in providing in-home care to seniors where I supported and built relationships with families and patients facing chronic illnesses.
Helping people is my passion and my calling, and I will address your unique needs in a holistic way so that you achieve your goals, live a healthier life with meaning and purpose, and have deeper relationships with family and friends. We will work collaboratively so that you can heal from wounds of the past, explore and address your thoughts and emotions in the present, and move forward to a hopeful and fulfilled future.
As a counseling intern, I offer reduced cost counseling to children, adults, and families. If you or your family need help in these areas, please contact me to set up an appointment.
