Psychological Testing

Psychological testing can also rule out potential problems, and help you approach health with as much information as we can provide you. A psychological evaluation may then be helpful for IEPs, court, or medical needs. An evaluation may include intelligence tests as well as assessments of attention, memory, reasoning, and thinking skills.

Psychological Testing at Grace Counseling

At Grace Counseling we also do testing for ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, as well as nonverbal learning disorders and processing disorders.  Our counselors will then look at the whole individual. They do this to ensure they are ruling out alternate causes of the symptoms you’re finding (such as underlying health issues, depression, and situational factors) so they can accurately diagnose you or your child.  Additionally, we know that struggles with learning can be caused by a variety of issues. Because of this, we seek to truly understand you as an individual during our testing process.  We also offer reduced fee psychological testing with our interns, so we can meet the needs of more of our community.

When you’re ready to look at the whole picture of you or your child and find out what is causing the struggles at work or school, let us know. Call us at (720) 489-8555 to arrange for testing, or click here to request an appointment.
