What is Couples Counseling?
Also called marriage counseling or couples therapy, couples counseling helps couples of all types recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. A counselor can teach you new communication and problem solving techniques. Whether you are dealing with infidelity, anger issues, disagree on parenting approaches, or any number of other issues, having a neutral third party to coach your discussions can be a big help.
Couples can face relationship issues at any stage of their relationship – as your life changes, so do the two of you, and a counselor can help walk you through the many changes and transitions you will go through. We have counselors who specialize not only in couples counseling, but also in some of the specific transitions life can bring, such as experiencing health issues or an ‘empty nest’ for the first time, to infertility or parenting teenagers. We understand the stress life puts on your relationship and can help you work through the difficult times.
Connect with a Therapist
At Grace Counseling, we have many different counselors who provide couples counseling. Of course, you can read through the bios and find the best fit for your partnership. Therapy can then give you and your partner a safe, private space to discuss the different issues couples face. To request an appointment, call (720) 489-8555 or click here.
