DBT Group for Adolescents – Male & Female
This group is appropriate for teens 13-18 who could use help managing overwhelming emotions. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), developed by Marsha M. Linehan, has proven effective to help people of all ages manage emotions through mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.
Groups are offered year-round during the spring, summer and fall.
