EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-informed approach to counseling that helps individuals process difficult events with minimal talking. EMDR allows the right and left hemispheres of the brain to release the harmful impact of intense and painful events. It is a transformative process that helps replace trauma and hurt with freedom and resilience. EMDR Therapy is proven to work for a variety of experiences, including but not limited to: sexual assault, surviving a shooting, and death of a loved one.

Our EMDR Specialists focus on helping individuals who have experienced trauma find relief, healing, and freedom.
