 accepting new clients

Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or a little lost? Maybe you’re unsure of who you are or your place in the world. Or perhaps you long for deeper relationships but find yourself struggling with intimacy, loneliness, or a sense that you don’t truly belong. Life can leave us carrying questions and pain surrounding relationships, identity, faith, and trauma. Sometimes it can be difficult to know where to begin.

If so, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

Therapy is a place where you can slow down and be known. My approach is psychodynamic and relational, which means I’m curious about the story that has shaped you and how it may continue to influence the way you see yourself, relate to others, and navigate the world. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns, relationships, experiences, and beliefs beneath what you’re experiencing today. Through greater insight and understanding, you can begin to experience more freedom and intentionality in how you live and relate to yourself and others.

I also believe that healing happens through relationships. Therapy can be a space to wrestle with the hard questions and experience what it’s like to be met with compassionate curiosity rather than judgment. Along the way, I’ll also help you develop practical tools to regulate your emotions and cope with life’s challenges.

I work with people across the lifespan, with a particular depth of experience working with young adults and people navigating questions such as: Who am I? Where do I belong? How do I build meaningful relationships? What do I believe? Where am I going? I also enjoy working with clients navigating relational and intimacy concerns, spiritual questions, trauma, shame, anxiety, and questions of identity and belonging.

You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you need before you come. We can start wherever you are and take it one step at a time.

I work under the supervision of Dr. Rob Gibson, Psy. D. and offer reduced-fee counselingReduced Fee Services. If you are interested, I would love to connect. Please feel free to reach out by phone or email, or by requesting an appointment.
